I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main walking street and the airport bus stop. The hotel provided excellent service, including dry cleaning and laundry services. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a great experience at this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others. It was a fantastic place to stay, offering a range of amenities and services.

This hotel is the sort of "traditional" hotel that I don't really like (overly floral, looks dated). Prefer modern ones. However, it's okay, corresponding to the price, and still easy to get around downtown Asahikawa. Good for a short stopover. (We stayed one night on our way between Furano and Sapporo, so as to visit the Asahikawa Zoo, which is excellent)

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the main walking street for shopping. there is no shopping mall nearby. the room is spacious and can accommodate a family of five. the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is delicious with many options. the hotel offers various facilities such as a public bath with massage area, lockers, and lounge.
The hotel lacks a coin laundry service.

1. I had to ask for internet cable once in the room rather than staff offering it to us when checking in. 2. We were dissapointed to find out we had to pay extra to use the onsen, on top of the price for the hotel...which was not specified when we booked the hotel on line, previous hotels onsen was included ... so we didnt use the onsen and we decided to stay only 1 day rather that the 2 we had previously planned.

The hotel lobby had a classic feel to it, which was very nice. the staff, especially the bell man, were friendly and accommodating. the rooms were cozy and clean.
The hotel's location was not great at all. It was difficult to find and seemed to be quite far from the city center.

The hotel had a grand and spacious lobby area, with a vintage style that gave it a unique vibe. the beds were very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day exploring. Finally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help us with any queries or questions we had.
The hotel was quite pricey for what it offered, and we were a bit disappointed that certain facilities required an extra fee for usage. the lack of an onsen, which is quite common in other hotels in the area at a similar price point, was a bit of a letdown.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were English speaking concierges available. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. The breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and western options. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant district.
Nothing to dislike.
